Contest Terms & Conditions

By entering the EarthViews “View Your River or Trail” Contest (“Contest”), you (“Entrant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting the application and sharing media on LinkedIn, you grant EarthViews a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your submitted content (text, photos, videos, logos) for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes in connection with this Contest and future campaigns.

2. Data Usage & Privacy

Your contact information and project details submitted through the entry form will be used solely to administer the Contest and notify winners. EarthViews does not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required for promotional or contest-related purposes.

3. Eligibility Verification

EarthViews reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or project and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate the Contest Rules.

4. Disqualification & Modification

EarthViews reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate the Contest Rules.

EarthViews may also cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in the event of technical issues, unauthorized tampering, or other factors beyond its control that compromise the integrity of the Contest.

5. No Cash Value

Prizes are awarded as in-kind services provided by EarthViews. They have no cash equivalent and are non-transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

By entering, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless EarthViews, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or use of awarded services.

7. Governing Law

This Contest and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
